On-Site Personal Training Start up, supplement, change up, ramp up your fitness and empower yourself!....Right in the comfort of your own home! The focus is on functional fitness, including resistance training, weighted-body and body-weight exercises, integrated full-body movements and suspension training. Increase overall strength, core strength, balance, agility, flexibility, burn body fat while maintaining or gaining lean muscle, or target your own specific training goals to get to that next level of conditioning.
Choose your session: 60 minutes or a 30 minute Body Blast.
With On-Site Sessions you receive one-on-one attention and motivation for each session!
Lifestyle & Health Consulting
Consultations are indivualized according to each client's life and health
circumstances, tailored to each person's needs and requirements. They are available on a variety of subjects including: Exercise/Fitness, Healthy Eating, Health Care Options, Back/Spine Health, About Chiropractic, the Body/Mind/Spirit Connection, Living a Healthy Lifestyle, Re-Assessing and Re-Orienting Lifestyle Priorities.
Scheduling Consultations or Personal Training Sessions is always convenient: Sessions take place in your home, may be scheduled at your work place if space permits or if a fitness room is available and can also be scheduled outdoors (weather permitting).
Sessions available Monday through Saturday. Please schedule a minimum of one week in advance.
The fair and equitable Fee for Consultations or Training Sessions is per session, per client for both private and corporate clients. Multiple sessions may be purchased in advance. Clients may schedule work-outs together in two's, or three people maximum.
